Holistic Approach
Pseudo Page Standard
Naturopathy is a holistic approach to wellness. It is based on the principle that the body can have the ability to heal and restore when supported properly.
Over a period of decades our digestive system can suffer effects from over exposure to pollution, large amounts of sugar, gluten, stress and alcohol. When the digestive system is deprived of natural boosting nutrients, we can start to suffer symptoms. These symptoms can show up as lack of taste, excess coating on our teeth and tongue which can lead to fatigue, lack of concentration, reflux, constipation or diarrhoea and insomnia.
.
Naturopathy is known to help with
- Chronic Fatigue
- Inner city pollution
- Workplace and lifestyle stress
- Digestive problems
- IBS,
- Reflux
- Chrohns, Arthritis
- Sore throats and low immunity to colds and flu
At Kurilpa Chiropractic & Sports Massage, we aim to offer a variety of natural hands on treatment methods to support a busy lifestyle. Our Naturopath,
Murali Teliki likes to promote natural food sources rather than supplements to support the body. He believes in re-setting the gut first to help with assimilation and elimination. This is important for a healthy body.
Naturopathy visits will include;
- An assessment of your overall health
- Dietary and nutritional advice to restore balance, detoxification and prevention of disease.
- Lifestyle advice to promote well-being.
- Remedial massage to stimulate the digestive system, kidney and liver function.
- The use of compresses and packs to stimulate digestive and organ function.
- Massage to increase circulation of the digestive, circulatory and lymphatic system.
What happens on the Initial Naturopathy Visit?
Our Naturopath, Murali Teliki will seek to find out what your concerns are and identify any imbalances in the body through a Naturopathic assessment. Murali will tailor a plan to suit your needs and discuss this plan on your follow-up visit. He will give you advice on how to strengthen your digestive system and he will massage your back and stomach to help with elimination of body toxins.
Do I need a follow up from my Initial Naturopathy visit?
Yes, it is recommended to have a follow up from the initial appointment to see what changes have taken place. This appointment will allow Murali to discuss your detox plan and advise you of diet changes to support your lifestyle.
Murali will also to use abdominal massage to help with detoxification.
