Growing up Adele Lorigan watched her Father who was afflicted with Rheumatoid Arthritis peruse a regime of traditional medical treatment for his condition. She was able to see the amazing effect that the drugs he was prescribed on his condition. At the same time, she became interested in a holistic approach to health. Adele Lorigan spent her early career working with underprivileged youth and children in New Zealand and on the streets of the ghetto in the Bronx and Brooklyn, New York.

In 2005 she decided to have a break as she had chronic fatigue and decided to adopt a holistic approach to gain energy and recover. Adele Lorigan became a highly experienced remedial, sports massage therapist in Auckland, New Zealand, using trigger point therapy and neuromuscular techniques to help people with conditions such as sciatica, lower back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, rotator cuff tear and migraines. She worked with Life Coaches, elite athletes at the Rotorua Ironman event, triathlons, Panasonic Triathlon Series, Off road Exterra events, Auckland marathon, and bodybuilders including the WWE Wrestlers. Adele Lorigan was introduced to chiropractic in 2008 and saw how chiropractic care and remedial massage therapy were essential for a faster recovery for those suffering from back pain and joint dysfunction. At that time, she decided to pursue 5 years of training in Chiropractic. Adele studied at the NZ College of Chiropractic and graduated in February 2015. She is a member of the Chiropractors’ Association of Australia and keeps up to date on the safest methods and care for each patient.

She also uses gentle light force techniques, combined with trigger point therapy, PNF stretches and rehabilitation exercises as required, depending on the patient’s complaint.
